Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping times
We ship from our overseas fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States: 7–12 business days

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or high-volume seasons are outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Halloween delivery
To receive your order before Halloween, we recommend placing it by October 10. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Customs and import duties
All import duties and taxes are prepaid. You will not be charged any additional customs fees on delivery.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@hollowhaus.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
